I utilize a variety of approaches drawn from client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, acceptance & commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. In therapy, we can explore different ways your past experiences may impact your life, and we will explore how you would like to grow from these experiences.

In the beginning of the treatment process, you may experience sadness, anger, shame, and guilt. These feelings are quite natural and they are part of the growth process. I will help you understand these thoughts and feelings and we will work together to promote wellness.
Individual psychotherapy sessions are for 45 minutes.
